Every time you add a new property into your Virtual Agent account a property code is assigned to it. This property code in conjunction with our toll free phone number can then be used on our Virtual Agent rider yard signs as well as in print and web advertisements.
When a consumer dials our toll free phone number they are prompted to enter the property code. The Virtual Agent system will then deliver the property information, including up to 6 photographs, to the potential home buyer's mobile phone.
The buyer can also take advantage of several other options available within the Virtual Agent system. These options include the ability to listen to a detailed description of the property, listen to agent recorded remarks about the property as well as request to be transferred immediately to the agent’s phone for additional information or to schedule an appointment. |
